Note: The use of button functionality in messages is subject to additional terms specific to Button Functionality on WhatsApp with Whapi.Cloud API.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For instance, we may need to change these Terms if we introduce a new feature or for other reasons.
Whenever we make changes to these Terms, the changes are effective 30 days after we post the revised Terms (indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms). It is your responsibility to check Whapi.Cloud for changes.
If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes.

When you create an account or use another service to log in, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account. If you discover any security breaches, please notify us at care@whapi.cloud.
The fees for our Service are listed on the Whapi.Cloud website. Payment is made in advance monthly, based on the selected plan. Annual payment options are available upon request. We reserve the right to revise fees with a 10-day notice.
Refunds, if applicable, are reduced by payment system fees. Non-use of the Service after payment is not a reason for a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Our Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
Whapi.Cloud is an independently developed, unofficial tool and is not associated with WhatsApp™ or Meta™. Use of the Service may violate WhatsApp’s Terms. We assume no responsibility for account bans or interruptions.
We do not guarantee uptime or availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding a claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
